Robert Palmer

Robert Palmer is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of TGMG Consulting. Mr. Palmer directs the firm's operations and strategic planning. He is responsible for the development of the firm’s consultant network and deal sourcing. He has extensive experience in managing established privately held and start up businesses, development of incentive packages and negotiation. His areas of expertise are risk assessment, credit management, financial analysis, stochastic modeling and valuation.
Mr. Palmer holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business with a specialization in finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in finance from Regis University.

David Theodoro is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of TGMG Consulting. Dr. Theodoro is responsible for firm management, strategy, professional recruitment and deal sourcing. Dr. Theodoro is a practicing Cardiothoracic surgeon and president of a medical service business. He has broad experience in program development, team integration and contract negotiations. His areas of expertise are operational optimization, organizational change and employee management.
Dr. Theodoro completed Cardiothoracic Surgery training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He finished General Surgery training at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He earned a Medical Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Gregory Mayhew is a Director of TGMG Consulting. His interests are technology, econometric based decision modeling, valuation, operational analysis and strategy. Dr. Mayhew has extensive experience in advanced technology development and production contracts for ground, airborne, and satellite communication systems. His experience includes analysis, simulation, design, testing, and production of complex digital communication and position location electronic systems. He has managed design departments and implemented numerous programs. Dr. Mayhew holds five patents that cover multiple technologies related to wireless digital communication architectures such as cryptography, navigation, and electronics packaging. He has seventeen technical publications on military communication systems applications and fourteen research publications on nonlinear digital sequence design.
Dr. Mayhew holds a Doctorate in Information Theory and Discrete Mathematics from the University of Southern California. He earned a Master of Business Administration with concentration in finance and operations management and Master of Finance with concentration in asset pricing and econometrics from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business. He holds a Master of Science in Digital Communications from the University of Southern California. Dr. Mayhew completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronics with a minor in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Henrikas Juknis is a Director of TGMG Consulting. His areas of interest are operational improvement, risk assessment, financial analysis and valuation with a specialization in the health care sector. Dr. Juknis manages a private nephrology firm and has served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine with Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis. He has a broad range of operational experience with both private and institutional medical establishments.
Dr. Juknis received his Medical Degree from Kaunas Medical Institute in Kaunas, Lithuania and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Brown University. He completed subspecialty training in the field of nephrology at University of Minnesota. Dr. Juknis graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, where he earned his Master of Business Administration, concentrating in the areas of health care management and finance.
Dr Anthony Anderson is a Director of TGMG Consulting. His responsibilities are project sourcing and resource collaboration. He is interests are operational assessment and improvement with a specialization in the health care sector. Dr Anderson is chairman of a hospital anesthesia department and president of a private anesthesia practice. He has developed several successful health care based pain practice firms as well as an anesthesia billing and management company. Dr Anderson has 20 years of leadership experience in personnel management, resource utilization and organizational dynamics.
Dr Anderson received his Advanced Fellowship training at Johns Hopkins in Pain & Regional Management with a specialty in spinal cord stimulation. He completed anesthesia training at Washington University in St Louis after earning his Medical Degree and Bachelor of Science at University of Missouri- Kansas City accelerated six year medical school program.
Shyam Srinivas is a Director of TGMG Consulting. He is responsible for the firms operations in the areas of outsourcing and oversight of international portfolio companies and funding sources. Mr. Srinivas has extensive experience in the engineering consulting field with a specialization in environmental risk assessment and management. He has managed and implemented numerous projects directly related to sales, marketing and project management in both manufacturing and chemical processing plants. Mr. Srinivas has consulted on operational issues with Kraft, Nabisco, Philip Morris, Procter & Gamble, Keebler, ConAgra, Fleischmann's Yeast and Ralcorp Holdings.
Mr. Srinivas holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India.
Jeffrey Block is a Director of TGMG Consulting. His interests are in the analysis and creation of business and technology based methodologies and processes to maximize the effectiveness of our client’s enterprises. Mr. Block has extensive experience in information technology. He has provided software architectural and professional consulting services to companies in various industries. His specialty is developing solutions for both privately held firms and large public companies, with a focus on technology leadership, process improvement and educational services. As a regional training leader for an international software company, Mr. Block developed courseware and conducted live training on such diverse topics as enterprise and application architectures, customer interaction and software development methodology.
Mr. Block holds a Bachelor of Science from the Engineering College of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Charles Steele is a Director of TGMG Consulting. Mr. Steele has extensive experience in managing the operations of manufacturing companies serving automotive and other industries. His areas of expertise are operational optimization and employee management including operations strategy, lean manufacturing, operational effectiveness, policy deployment and performance measurement. Mr. Steele has managed Metal Stamping, Plastic Molding, and Tooling operations of a privately held, Tier II automotive supplier. His operations were among the largest and most complex in their industry. Chuck has created value by improving manufacturing processes and capabilities while reducing variability by both enacting rapid and long-term improvement campaigns, including the construction and setting up of new facilities. He has a track record of increasing productivity and profitability, decreasing cycle time and material cost while improving safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Chuck has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and six-sigma team problem solving methods.
Mr. Steele holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business with a specialization in Manufacturing & Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
Robert Maurer is a Director of TGMG Consulting. Mr. Maurer has twenty years of experience as an attorney. His legal expertise is predominantly in the areas of asset-based loan negotiation and documentation. He also has extensive experience in employment and corporate law, intellectual property and litigation. He directs all law-related compliance and human resource management activities of the firm. Mr. Maurer served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for GE Commercial Distribution Finance Corporation, Deutsche Financial Services Corporation and ITT Commercial Finance Corp. Mr. Maurer also held the positions of litigation associate at Hinshaw and Culbertson, accountant at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of St. Louis and auditor for Ernst & Whinney.
Mr. Maurer holds a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law, a Master in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
